In Our Country, Hazardous Waste is sent to the licenced companies of which got their hazardous waste disposal licence from the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. While carrying the hazardous waste, Waste Producer is responsible to carry National Waste Hauling Form which is given by Ministry of Environment and Forestry with itself.

Hazardous Waste is transferred to the Licenced Disposal Plants with the licenced Vehicles by the drivers with SRC 5 licenced. There is information about the vehicle, company, driver and the code numbers of the carried hazardous waste on the Transportation Licenced.
